I recently discovered Hemp Seeds, and so far I love them! Hemp Seeds are known to be high in protein, reduce symptoms of PMS, reduce stress, aid in digestion, and may reduce risk of heart disease. I decided to try it out to reduce my stress, anxiety and PMS symptoms. I have been using them for 3 days now, in smoothies and in yogurt. While trying to find ways to use them I came up with this great recipe.
1/2 a mango cut into pieces
a handful of blackberries
(3-5) ice cubes
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp hemp seeds (add up to 2 tbsp if desired, the more you use, the more of the nutty-hemp seed flavor you'll get)
Add all ingredients into a blender or nutri bullet and blend until all ingriedients are blended together.
